TGM ENGINEER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility is the Engineer function for Singapore TGM.

1. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures

2. Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance

3. Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records.

4. Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting

5. Develop and implement maintenance procedures

6. Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS

7. Perform FMEAs and implement solutions

8. Manage spare parts inventory and ordering

9. Lead Shift Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks

10. Training of technicians/ customer personnel on equipment, operation and maintenance

11. Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits

12. Generate reports and presentations on all related activities

13. Lead startup, commissioning, installation of gas cabinets, VMB &panel and process systems

14. Involved in improvement plan

15. 24-hour standby for emergency activation or shutdown

16. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties when necessary.

17. Participate and involve in site during updating - Near Miss reporting / Operation Readiness Inspection / OPHR (Operation Hazard Review)/ Risk Assessment / Emergency Preparedness Planning / FMEA
