Technology Development Device Engineer (TCAD)

The client is a leading global semiconductor foundry providing advanced IC manufacturing services.

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Research on novel device development with the help of performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
• Develop, document and calibrated TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with project team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
• Design the device test key & layout study and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test) and analysis to continuously improve device performance.
• Performing well-thought experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong device physics knowledge base and solid device analysis skill.
• Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.
• Hands-on experience in layout work is preferred.
