Job Title: Technician (Installation & Maintenance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team in the home applicances industry. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of home appliciances in both residential and commercial properties across Singapore. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install home appliciances in accordance with safety and electrical regulations (HDB, BCA, or relevant guidelines)
• Diagnose and repair faults in home appliciances (motor issues, wiring problems, remote control configurations, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of home appliciances systems
• Advise customers on suitable models, usage, and maintenance tips
• Respond to service calls and ensure timely and professional customer support
• Maintain accurate service records and update job status in internal systems
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order
• Follow company SOPs and uphold workplace safety standards

Requirements:

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest may also apply)
• Knowledge of electrical systems and tools related to fan installation
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
• Able to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Singapore’s building types (HDB, condominiums, landed properties) a plus
