Job Description
· Responsible for leading, guiding, and training Technical Officers for their roles and output expected of them.
· Assessing the work hazards, submitting risk assessments, mitigating measures, and addressing all comments from the Authority
· Submitting method statements where necessary to the Authority for approval before the commencement of inspection works
· Planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the work programmes
· Coordinate with all relevant agencies for the completion of the works.
· Working out time and cost estimates (where applicable) for the proposed work
· Putting up a traffic control/division plan for the work
· Planning and ensuring the smooth operation of the work
· If necessary, stationed on-site when works are carried out, to ensure that the work done according to the Requirement Specifications
· Ensuring that all resources, equipment, etc. are always in good working condition, also ensure timely and adequate covering for Supervisors or Inspectors who may be unable to perform their roles at any point in time.
· Demonstrated experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors, and stakeholders will be advantageous.
Job Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Experience in M&E/Building preventive and corrective maintenance or township management.
· Office Location: 1 Tampines North Drive 1
· 5.5 work days
