Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Month Contract)

Role: (6-Month Contract, Renewable / Convertable)
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: $4,000 – $5,000

We are looking for a HR Executive (Recruitment) / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to offer stage, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Source proactively via various channels including social media and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and engage candidates to ensure role fit.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on progress and challenges.
• Provide timely updates and reports on sourcing activity and hiring outcomes.
• Meet hiring targets, focusing on quality and speed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously suggest and implement improvements to sourcing strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.
• Experience in mass hiring for direct labour and RBA recruitment in manufacturing is a plus.
• 6 months assignment with possibility to extend/convert to permanent.
