System Engineer [Windows/Linux Server, Tampines]

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain software across development, staging, and production environments.
• Working with high availability and reliability requirements of the software.
• Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, business unites and product vendors to support deployment, integration and troubleshooting efforts.
• Craft and maintain system documentation, including design diagrams, operating procedures and support guides.
• Participate in incident response and problem resolution related to software systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Windows/Linus server environments and application middleware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
