Student Care Teacher (Afterschool Programme)

Salary : $3,000 - $3,500

Location : Tampines

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Student Care Teacher to join our afterschool student care programme for Primary 1 to 6 students.

* Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

* Provide academic guidance and supervise completion of daily homework and spelling.

* Plan and conduct enrichment activities, games, and character-building programmes.

* Maintain open communication with parents on students’ progress and conduct.

* Manage classroom discipline in a fair and respectful manner.

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood, Education, or related field.

* Prior experience working with children in a school, tuition centre, or student care setting is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Responsible, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.

* Able to commit to full-day programmes during school holidays.
