Spray Painter

Spray Painters are responsible for applying spray paints on metals gates, wooden doors, wall and ceiling etc, and executing associated tasks, including discussing painting project requirements with clients, preparing the job site, applying primers, removing old paint, filling holes, matching colors, and cleaning tools and site.

Spray painters will work in a construction company, outdoor and indoor projects.

Spray painters work with instructions and work orders from the process supervisor, assistant or lead person, and are responsible for handling material and machinery to and from proper locations using equipment such as overhead cranes and other relevant tools. painters must works under company and flow time asper day and night job, The spray painter work description also involves performing independent verification of product/or processes to identify, document, and segregate discrepant materials as outlined by the appropriate procedures.

• Responsible for preparing parts and assemblies for painting
• Mix paint and other materials according to specification or formula
• Ensure facility and spray painting equipment are in good working condition
• Responsible for the identification and separation of non-conforming parts or materials and report them to supervisors
• Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications
• Scrutinize and measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts
• Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to discover defects/deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments
• Utilize solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment
• Follow company requirements to select paint, and match colors of paint following specified color charts
• Responsible for material and minor maintenance.
