Roles & Responsibilities

-Deliver case management and counselling services to clients.
-Offer information and referral services to clients as needed.
-Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations for cases.
-Plan, design, and organize programs tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
-Provide group work services to support clients’ development.
-Lead community outreach initiatives and organize community development activities.
-Establish and maintain networks with other organizations to mobilize resources for client support.
