Shipping & Order Flow Coordinator

Job Title: Shipping & Order Flow Coordinator (1-Year Contract)
📍 Location: Tampines / 3 Changi North
🕒 Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,300/month
📅 Contract: 1-Year (Renewable)
🌴 Leave: 14 Days Annual Leave

• Process customer orders from email or EDI
• Input and manage data in SAP / Oracle / WMS systems
• Generate pick slips and work with the warehouse to prep goods
• Coordinate deliveries, book freight, and prepare shipment docs (AWB, permits, invoices)
• Double-check everything: addresses, paperwork, and timelines
• Handle customer and forwarder communication with clarity and speed
• Work closely with freight partners and internal teams to prevent delays
• Keep reporting clean, up-to-date, and audit-friendly
