SHIFT TECHNICIAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting equipment failures e.g chemical distribution systems
• Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures
• Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS
• Perform FMEAs and implement solutions
• Manage spare parts inventory and ordering
• Lead Shift Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks
• Training of technicians on equipment (i.e CDS and SDS) operation and and maintenance
• Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping
• Lead startup, commissioning, installation of CDS, SDS and process systems
• Ad hoc duty as assigned by the Management

​REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to run Shift duty
• Must be proficient in English
• Good adaptability and flexibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience in TCGM(Total Chemical / Gas Management)
• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent in chemical processs
