IT Service Delivery Manager [Tampines]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Manage service delivery teams and coordinate activities to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement service delivery processes, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to enhance service quality.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to propose enhancements and innovations in service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to analyze service performance data and make informed decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
