Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer (Photo Process)

Job requirement:

• Ability to perform first level investigation out of control situation and line excursions, abnormal lot/tool judgement due to inline OOC and OOS from SPC Chart.
• Process condition optimization.
• Work closely with equipment and production to ensure key module objectives are met.
• Evaluation to improve process margin.
• Cost reduction projects.
• Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel.
• Analyze different types of defects and provide clear problem description with maintenance counterparts on troubleshooting.

Job requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end industry
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
• An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
• Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
• Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
• Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
