Sea Export Assistant Manager (Up to $4000 / 5 days / Tampines)

Job Title: Sea Export Assistant Manager (ID8077)
Location: Tampines
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Salary: $3500 - $4000

Job Description:
-Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
-To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
-Handling and processing of all shipping documentation
-Customs declarations
-Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
-Other related operational duties as required
-Report to Operations Manager

Requirement:
-Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company, especially Export Sea Freight
-Good knowledge of handling seafreight shipments and the related documentation
-Knowledge of using Sysfreight is an added advantage
-Pro-active
-Possess raining and management skills
-Customer-oriented and problem solving
