Sales Manager

Working hours require shifts, eight hours a day, five days a week

Basic salary + commission

Store sales experience preferred

Responsible for daily store sales operations, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. ​

Manage sales team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal and team incentives. ​

Maintain store customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate. ​

Monitor inventory levels, assist in replenishment and product display optimization. ​

Execute airport and brand marketing activities, analyze activity results and make improvement suggestions. ​

Job requirements: ​

More than 3 years of retail sales and team management experience, airport store experience preferred. ​

Have good communication and coordination skills, sales skills and data analysis skills. ​

Fluent in English, proficient in office software. ​

Strong stress resistance, adapt to shift work.
