Retail Assoicate

Responsibilities:

• To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store.
• To carry out promotional activities to drive sales
• Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved
• To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
• To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
• To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met
• To perform cashiering duties
• To comply with all operational standards
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assign.

Requirement:

• Well-versed in English
• Pleasant Disposition
• Customer Service Oriented
• Passionate about Retail
• Able to commit to Rotating shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays

Additional:

• Working location: Tampines (60% at main outlet, 40% will be at the outlets within the area)
• Salary and Commission
• Working Hours: 11am to 10pm or 1030am to 930pm.
