Roles and Responsibilities:
*Manage the daily operations of F&B operational issues
*Manage operational costs, training new staffs, and performance and timely manner with the Company’ SOP
*Planning and schedule working time for staffs
*Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
*Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
*Assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications, working closely with Food and Beverage team to ensure they fit with guidelines and are to the high quality our customers service
*Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
*Work closely with ownership/upper management on growth strategies
*Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
