Quantity Surveyor (Consultancy)

· Provide support in cost management of projects

· Work collaboratively with other Consultants to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements

· Be professional and diligent in meetings, able to negotiate and communicate with clients and build strong working relationships.

· Be a proactive team player

· Measurement (taking off quantities), apply suitable rates to build up cost estimates.

· Preparation of tender and contract documentation.

· Be familiar with public and private section tendering process and tender evaluation using PQM methodology.

· Finalization of project final accounts, among other QS tasks.
