Quality (QA) Technician

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5

Work Day : Monday to Friday (7am – 3pm/3pm – 11pm/11pm – 7am)
Work 4 Rest 3 Work 3 Rest 4 (7am – 7pm/7pm – 7am)

Responsibilities

1. Report to Quality Engineer (In-Process Quality)
2. Co Work with Production team
3. Assist Engineer to ensure Production Line assembly and Test compliance Line Quality expectations
4. Assist QA Engineer in performing Yield Investigations and Improvements study
5. Conduct Line Qualification and Operator certification
6. Conduct and assist QA Engineer in internal audits
7. Ensue NPI to start of ramp compliance, and production/quality readiness to meet First Pass Yield Targets
8. Assist Engineer in conducting product/ process investigations pertaining to Quality issues
9. Lead a team of Line Inspectors

Requirements

· NITEC / A / O level/ Diploma with min. 2 years of relevant working experience in the quality/manufacturing sector

· Ability to work with Peers and Superiors (at times with customers & HQ / factory)

· Able to multi-task & work under pressure

· Knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy

· Must be able to support overtime as and when needed
