Project Manager

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: Woodlands & Tampines

Duration: Tentatively 1 year & Renewable

Salary Structure: Basic + AWS

Project: Air Seperation

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the entire cost management and expense control process of engineering projects, including budgeting, planning, and financial monitoring throughout all project phases.
• Well-versed in the bidding and tendering process, with a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations; capable of organizing and managing various types of project-related contract tenders.
• Capable of managing all cost-related aspectsof a project lifecycle — from early-stage bid pricing, cost estimation, and budget control, to cost management and financial planning during execution, and finally to project closure including final accounts, change claims, and project settlement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Cost Control, Law, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in subcontract management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Familiar with project management procedures, contract law, and tendering regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is a plus.
