Job Description:

Assist in planning and executing hook-up works (MEP and process systems).
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams (design, construction, QA/QC).
Ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
Interpret P&IDs, hook-up drawings, and technical specifications.
Support pre-construction activities such as method statement and work procedure review.
Resolve site issues with supervision from senior engineers or the project manager.
Monitor and verify site progress related to utility hook-ups and tool installations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Participate in system walkdowns, testing, and commissioning phases.
Maintain up-to-date records of work progress, change requests, and technical clarifications.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
Assist in preparing turnover packages and as-built documentation.
Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
1–3 years of experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech plant hook-up projects preferred
Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure in similar industries may also be considered
Strong understanding of MEP and process systems (e.g., CDA, vacuum, DIW, toxic gas)
Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
