Project Coordinator/Supervisor (Construction/Metal Roofing/Ceiling) -Up to $4700

• Position: Project Coordinator/Supervisor (Construction/Metal Roofing/Ceiling)
• Location: Tampines
• Working hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday half day (8.30am-12.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4700 + AWS + Transport allowance/reimbursement + Medical Fees of $500 annually
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction materials- Metal roofing, ceiling and aluminium

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in daily execution of works
• Coordinate jobs between main contractors, sub-contractors and workers
• Manage and supervise day-to-day work of site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out and completed in a timely manner
• Work closely with site operations staff to meet project schedule deadlines
• Ensure materials installation is carried out as per construction drawings and within an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers
• Attend site survey/visits with contractors
• Attend daily tool-box meetings and convey clear instructions to workers accordingly
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
• Adhere to all safety precautionary measures and ensure that environmental control measures are implemented while carrying out works
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent
• Proficient in reading and understanding CAD (2D & 3D) and Revit BIM drawings
• Required to work in construction sites & factory
• Candidates with Class 3 Driving License and has their own vehicles preferred, but candidates without will be considered
• Candidate without experience is welcome to apply. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers only
