Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of network-related projects. The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:Assist in the coordination and tracking of network infrastructure and related IT projects.
  Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Budgeting Support:Assist in preparing and maintaining project budgets.
  Track expenses and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
  Support procurement processes and vendor coordination.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Create and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  Compile data for performance metrics and project evaluations.
  Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support (internships included).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
