- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing assembly processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain procedures, work instructions, pFMEA, control plans, and process validation documentation.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and ensure process consistency through quality system improvements.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve process stability and capability (CPK).
- Investigate and troubleshoot Out-of-Control (OOC) events, implement corrective actions, and resolve engineering issues.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with robotics, sensors, and AI-driven systems to improve and troubleshoot automated assembly processes.
- Evaluate and integrate new automation technologies into existing production systems.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 2 years’ experience in robotic automation, assembly processes, and industrial robotics electronics assembly.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control system troubleshooting is a plus.
- Training provided for those without/ with less experience.
