Work Days: Every Monday (compulsory) + optional on other weekdays

Compensation: Base hourly pay (for in-office hours) + multi-tiered commission

🔹 Responsibilities:

Report to office every Monday (required); other days are flexible

Assist with:

Walk-in retail sales

Online platform sales (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

International B2B sales to overseas music stores and institutions

Indirect sales support (e.g., lead generation, digital marketing, social media outreach, event support)

🔹 What You’ll Get:

Base salary based on hours clocked in-office

Attractive commission on:

Local retail sales

E-commerce platform sales

International orders

Any sales efforts that directly or indirectly help generate revenue (leads, referrals, collaborations, etc.)
