Job Description
The Employee shall be employed as an Operation Technician. The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Operate and maintain production equipments, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and improve operational processes within assigned areas, identifying and implementing efficiency gains.
•Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, focusing on process improvements and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Support the digitalization of advanced manufacturing processes, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of digital tools.
• Assist in the synchronization of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Travel as necessary to support operations and attend training sessions.
• Perform any reasonable duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.
