Operation Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ enquiries, concerns and issues on freight services.
• Prepare to bill to customers.
• Ensure all cargoes are sent in good condition and any damages shall be reverted to customers immediately.
• Verify vendor’s invoice and close files.
• Communicate and coordinate with Customer Service Department such that any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival dates will be made known to the shipper via phone or email.

Job Requirement :

• Min "O" Level and above
• Required skills in MS office
• Min1 years relevant working experience
• Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.

• 5.5 Day work
• Company Transport Pick up points: Bedok, Tampines, Pasir ris, Sengkang,Punggol
