• Position : Office Admin- Simple payroll
• Location : Midview City- Near Brighthill MRT
• Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + 12-14 days annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Food & Beverage Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Look after the office
• General Office Admin/maintenance
• Bosses and family’s personal admin/maintenance work
• Payroll experience – preferred

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Able To Work Independently
