📍 Location: Tampines
🕘 Working Hours: Mon - Fri
💰 Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 8,500

Your Responsibilities

🧠 Clinical Care

• Assess and implement therapy plans to improve self-care and daily living skills
• Conduct cognitive, physical, and psychosocial assessments
• Recommend and train residents in the use of assistive devices

👨‍🏫 Training & Development

• Guide therapy assistants, junior staff, and students
• Conduct caregiver training to support residents’ home transition
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of treatment programs

🗂️ Documentation & Support

• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports
• Ensure proper documentation of all sessions and interventions
• Support any additional rehab-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (recognized by AHPC Singapore)
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or rehab services preferred
• Good communication, organization, and local language skills a plus
