NPI Engineer@ Tampines / Permanent Role

The Client is a leading technology manufacturing company specializing in high-performance computing systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Below position is open urgently.

Position: NPI Engineer

Venue: East Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISOaudit both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
