NPI Engineer (Semiconductor/Sever, rack build)

Benefits Summary:

• NPI Engineer
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 5,000 +AWS +VB + Allowance
• Monday to Friday, Office hours
• Location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally

• Preferred Background: Server, rack build, or semiconductor
