LOCATION

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

* Provide professional treatments according to the standards and methods set by the company

* Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience

* Record clients’ particulars and update their information in the system accordingly

* Deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers

* Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager and management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Preferably muslim female (with at least 6 months experience in related field)

* Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn

* Well-groomed with pleasing personality

* Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable

* Conversational in English and Melayu

* Able to work well in a team environment

* Neat and organized with high standard of cleanliness

* Handle basic front desk duties

* Singaporean / SGPR only

REQUIREMENTS

* Passionate about the beauty industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Steady and dexterous hands.
