TutorJohn Learning Centre is a fast-growing education brand with 3 centres in Singapore β 2 in Choa Chu Kang and 1 in Tampines. We specialise in small-group tuition for Primary and Secondary students in English, Math, Science, and Chinese.
As we continue expanding, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns and branding strategies that will bring in new enrolments and solidify our reputation as a trusted, community-focused tuition provider.

Branding & Campaign Planning
β’ Work closely with John to develop the brand voice and long-term marketing strategy
β’ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract student enrolments and retain brand presence
β’ Conceptualise school holiday campaigns, open houses, and promotions
β
Social Media Management & Content Creation
β’ Manage IG, TikTok, and Facebook accounts (stories, reels, ads, campaigns)
β’ Create a content calendar, produce and schedule engaging visual and video content
β’ Monitor performance and trends to improve organic and paid reach
β
Paid Advertising
β’ Run effective social media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
β’ Optimise for lead generation and conversion based on campaign goals
β
B2B Marketing with Leadership
β’ Support John in B2B efforts, including school/parent/community outreach
β’ Develop brochures, decks, and outreach collaterals to support partnerships
β
Performance Tracking
β’ Monitor marketing KPIs: reach, clicks, conversions, sign-ups
β’ Submit monthly reports and improvement suggestions
β At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the education or youth sector
β Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, visuals, or results (social media, ads, branding)
β Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok tools, etc.
β Creative, strategic thinker with a strong sense of branding and positioning
β Comfortable working independently and directly with the founder
β Passionate about education, purpose-driven work, and meaningful campaigns
β Able to commit full-time with flexible hours and work-from-home arrangement
