About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead and oversee the entire IT function within our organization. This role is responsible for managing IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support services to ensure seamless technology delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & StrategyLead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and helpdesk teams.
Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across departments.
- IT Operations & InfrastructureOversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud).
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Application & Systems ManagementSupervise the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications (ERP, CRM, custom software).
Ensure integration and interoperability of systems across departments.
- Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Team Management & SupportRecruit, mentor, and develop IT staff to build a high-performing team.
Oversee IT support services to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and high user satisfaction.
- Budgeting & ReportingManage the IT budget, forecast technology needs, and optimize costs.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on IT performance and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional IT teams and complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
