Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a IT Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the IT/MIS department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, ERP platforms, and database systems (e.g., MSSQL) to ensure data integrity, availability, and reliability.
Lead and manage IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in alignment with business goals.
Ensure all IT processes and data-handling practices are in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant IT regulatory frameworks.
Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including access control, data protection, and system safeguarding measures.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT support and solutions.
Support internal departments by providing data reporting tools and IT solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Participate in company-led compliance, cybersecurity, and ethics training; support the development and implementation of relevant IT policies.
Monitor IT systems performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure high uptime and optimal service quality.
Able to provide emergency IT support outside normal working hours only as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or MIS roles.
Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, ERP platforms, and IT governance.
Experience in project management; familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Strong awareness of Singapore's PDPA and other compliance-related IT frameworks.
Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
