Management Trainee (Operations)

Locations: One North, Tampines and Sengkang

• Meal reimbursement + Sunday Allowance
• Timing: 6am to 6pm ( 12hrs/ 6days)
• Working Days: 6 days
• Halal FnB

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Chef in preparing and baking the muffins
• Supporting MUIS / Consultant in Halal compliance check (a plus but not a must)
• Inventory checking and housekeeping
• Assist the counter sales of muffins and support the juice bar operations as well
• Assist to do pop-up stalls at the malls as required
• Willing to be rotated among the cafes and stalls according to shift roasters and schedule
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors

What it Takes:

• Require a Food & Hygiene Certificate
• Able to Speak/Read/Write simple English
• Able to do standing job for long hours and willing to work overtime
