The Role

The Lead, Assessments will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the organization's talent assessment and management processes. This vital role ensures the seamless integration of talent acquisition and development strategies with organizational objectives, driving talent optimization and sustainable growth.

The key responsibilities include:

• Managing Assessment and Development Centres: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of assessment and development centres for effective talent management.
• Talent Assessments: Lead efforts to assess both candidates and employees, ensuring alignment with competency frameworks and organizational needs.
• Programme Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and manage projects to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programmes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Programme Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver training programmes and workshops to support talent assessment and management initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferably a postgraduate degree in psychology.
• Proven experience with empirical research or equivalent expertise.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
