Mon to Fri 9am to 630pm

Basic up to $8500 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee IT applications, infrastructure, and project management to support business operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize IT projects and maximize ROI.
Ensure IT governance, security policies, and compliance with audit requirements.
Manage IT resources, team performance, and conduct staff appraisals.
Lead change management initiatives to enhance IT solutions and service excellence.
Plan and control IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role.
Hands-on expertise in on-premise & cloud platforms (retail industry experience preferred).
Strong understanding of IT governance, security, risk, and change management.
Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
Ability to strategize, lead teams, and drive business-focused IT solution
