HR L&D Executive (East / 5 days)

Our client is an IT security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors. They are now looking for a HR L&D Executive to join their expanding team!

Location: Tampines

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage L&D group mailbox and set up Catalogue and Courses on LMS.
• Track mandatory eLearning completion status and send reminder emails to delinquents.
• Track and upload learning hours for in-house, external, and online training sessions.
• Support Learners Registration on external training sites, all types of training including mandatory eLearning.
• Drive program awareness and engagement.
• Raise and assist in course grants submission.
• Manage digital portal access and download learning reports.
• Oversee training and HR related procurement activities and invoice payments.
• Coordinate with new and existing vendors for training programs, including onboarding for new vendors.
• Prepare reports for audits and financial year-end sustainability purposes.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
• Min. 2-4 years’ experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or Training Administration
• Proficiency with SAP or any Learning Management System (LMS) is a good bonus
