HR Executive needed at Tampines - 5 days work week

• Foreign Employees pass processing.
• Processing of KETs, work pass application, renewal and cancellation
• Verify attendance record; prepare fortnightly payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation (Time Management System / Paymaster)
• Process IR21, NS Claims & other claims in timely manner
• Maintain & update Employee Records
• Foreign Employees Travel Arrangement
• Monitor Pre-employment check-up for new employees and collection of medical reports
• CPF / Levy refund submission
• Co-ordinate with manpower agency on hiring
• Recruitment & Talent outreach
• Health & Wellness activities
• Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean need to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
