Rate: $2300 + Completion Bonus

Respobsibilities

• Promote and assist customers in using digital services, including mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and online portals.
• Guide customers through digital transactions such as bill payments, plan changes, mobile top-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Educate less digitally-savvy users (e.g., seniors) on the benefits and ease of using digital tools.
• Provide feedback to the digital team on customer pain points and areas for improvement.
