Hi! I'm Jon, the owner of Homeground Gym & Pilates (HGGP) @ Clementi.

I want you to join me ASAP in being the pioneers of this beautiful gym + pilates studio as a Freelance Gym Personal Trainer, with an option to become a full-time personal trainer at my place in the future.

HGGP is a club that expects high standards from each team member. That said, I'll always ensure that the working environment is friendly and healthy so we can succeed together for a very long time.

My vision for this business is to provide an exceptionally different and comfortable space for our members to achieve their fitness goals, and offer incredibly rewarding jobs for my employees/trainers/instructors to work at in the long run.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Be a competent and friendly personal trainer to our clients

- Constantly upgrade yourself as a personal trainer

- Conduct 30-min free high-quality trials for potential PT members, helping them see the need for a PT to guide them in their fitness & personal growth journey

- Always put our clients' well-being first

Working Hours & Arrangements

- Be present only for trials & PT sessions

- Our marketing team may require you to take part in filming or content creation to help you build your own branding

- In the beginning we definitely don't have a ready pool of clients for you to train, and we need to work well together to conduct high-quality trials for potential PT members so they can trust you enough to train them. ALWAYS seek to provide value for them — members or not

Remuneration & Benefits

$40/session for group & private classes, $50/session when a client renews.

Starting from $50/session when you bring in your own clients.
