Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements for the Group.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory filings are completed in line with local regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls across all entities within the Group.
- Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee IPO-related finance workstreams including financial due diligence, documentation, audit readiness, and corporate governance requirements.
- Monitor changes in financial and accounting legislation to ensure continued compliance and the adoption of best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and financial forecasts.
- Oversee the finance function of a German legal entity operated via an outsourced provider, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
- Manage the accounting and reporting for the Group’s holding company.
- Perform other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong accounting experience in IPO state, audit and group consolidation
- Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit
