Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements for the Group.
Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory filings are completed in line with local regulations.
Implement and maintain effective financial controls across all entities within the Group.
Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee IPO-related finance workstreams including financial due diligence, documentation, audit readiness, and corporate governance requirements.
Monitor changes in financial and accounting legislation to ensure continued compliance and the adoption of best practices.
Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and financial forecasts.
Oversee the finance function of a German legal entity operated via an outsourced provider, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
Manage the accounting and reporting for the Group’s holding company.
Perform other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar role
Strong accounting experience in IPO state, audit and group consolidation
Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit
