We are a food manufacturing and F&B group operating both production kitchens and restaurants, serving brunch, lunch, and dinner across a range of cuisines including Indian, Chinese, and Western. We are seeking a General Managerwith hands-on Chef de Partie experience to oversee our daily operations, production workflow, and multi-outlet coordination.
This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, early reporting hours, and the ability to manage a team across multiple sites with high volume expectations.
· Supervise and coordinate kitchen and production operations for both central kitchen and restaurant branches
· Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, taste, and presentation of all meals served
· Manage shift schedules, lead daily briefings, and oversee team discipline and performance
· Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols across sites (e.g., HACCP compliance)
· Control inventory, purchasing, and stock rotation to minimize waste
· Train and guide kitchen staff on equipment usage, prep techniques, and time management
· Operate and maintain kitchen machinery and tools in line with SOPs
· Prepare detailed reports on output, wastage, staff performance, and areas for improvement
· Carry goods weighing up to 30KG when needed
· Earliest start time may begin at 4:00 AM depending on the outlet schedule
· Work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime
· Relevant experience in food production, kitchen management, or restaurant operations
· Proven culinary background in Indian, Chinese, and Western cuisine is essential
· Must possess at least a Degree in any field
· Strong leadership, multitasking, and crisis management skills
· Able to handle pressure and long hours in a physically demanding role
· Willing to work on-site at our production facility and rotate between our Bugis and Orchard outlets, we are planning to expanding to Hougang or Tampines.
