Full-Time Promoter (Pixel Evangelist) - 4 months contract

The Full-Time Pixel Evangelist is a senior brand representative responsible for driving sales performance and brand advocacy within an assigned territory or stores. This role requires a high degree of ownership, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain excellent partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Conversion: Be the primary driver of Pixel ecosystem sales, responsible for achieving monthly sell-through targets within the assigned territory.
• Training & Advocacy: Conduct formal and informal training sessions with partner store staff to build their confidence and product knowledge across all assigned stores.
• Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold brand standards by ensuring Google displays are pristine and functional, reporting any issues for immediate rectification across all territory stores.
• Field & Competitor Reporting: Submit comprehensive weekly reports on customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales insights for the entire territory using dedicated tools.
• Inventory Management: Proactively monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
  

Compensation & Terms:

• Contract: 4-month contract from Sep 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
• Incentives: Includes an uncapped incentive structure plus opportunities for ad-hoc bonuses.
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week, including weekends. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
