- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Group’s consolidated financial statements and support the audit process.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely filing of statutory accounts with relevant authorities.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls across all entities within the Group.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Stay current with financial and accounting legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of the Group’s financial and management reports.
- Oversee the outsourced finance function of a German legal entity and manage the accounting of the Group holding company.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong experience in accounting in IPO state, audit and group consolidation
- Knowledge in MYOB or equivalent is a benefit
