Role Summary

You are responsible to support and contribute in Product FA (Failure Analysis) and FA tools /laboratory maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product yield and wafer return EFA/PFA (Electrical /Physical failure analysis)
• To perform physical Failure analysis using FIB/TEM/SEM/EDX/Sela Cleave
• To perform layer by layer mechanical polishing
• Have experience on IV curve tracing and hotspot analysis.
• To compile FA reports based on the FA work done.
• To involve in the FA Lab tools /equipment maintenance.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Diploma in Electrical /Electronics /Material /Mechanical Engineering or Physics science.
• Have worked in FA lab with relevant experience on Cu technology process would be plus.
• Fresh Diploma graduates will be considered.

• An excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
