🏢 Facilities Technician (Engineering Services)
📍 Location: Tampines
🕒 Work Schedule: 2-week rotating shift

• Week 1 & 2: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Week 3 & 4: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Alternate Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month

👤 Reports to: Assistant Manager, Engineering Services

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections, report defects, and recommend rectification plans
• Supervise service providers during maintenance/servicing works
• Monitor and maintain M&E systems at optimal operational levels
• Respond to breakdowns, feedback, and complaints from tenants/building users
• Troubleshoot faults and recommend rectification
• Facilitate tenant and contractor works, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations
• Oversee project works, testing, commissioning, and defect rectifications
• Perform minor repair works (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and building)
• Serve as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT), supporting drills and exercises
• Assist with safety inspections and ensure adherence to OHS and building safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
