Facilities Engineer (Building Services)

Job Description:

• Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and interior
• Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures – leave it as it is, this is usual understanding in the market. We cannot list as the scope is very vast, like painting, cubicle modification etc.
• Coordination with contractors for Maintenance and certification of lifts and cranes
• Coordination and management of contractors
• General upkeep of buildings and surroundings

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
• Handson experience in building related repairs
• Basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical
