Exercise Specialist (Rehab)

Our client helps people to live better by moving better. They are expanding their team and is seeking Exercise Specialists to work in partnership with physiotherapists to help their clients rehabilitate post-surgery and recover from injuries.

As an Exercise Specialist, your primary role is to:

• Conduct exercise sessions as part of a broader rehabilitation treatment plan for clients with musculoskeletal injuries;
• Help clients with injuries move and live better through exercise.

Work hours:

5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays) :

• Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm (subject to client's schedule) AND
• Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm

Work location: Raffles Place, HarbourFront, or Tampines. Location assigned based on needs and candidate's suitability.

Requirements

• Strong growth mindset and proactive (i.e., take charge of their own learning)
• Eager to learn and apply their learning (i.e., inquisitive, open to feedback)
• Able to speak well
• Comfortable interacting with people
• Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team

The role is open to:

• Fresh graduates from Sport Science programmes;
• Physical therapy assistants from hospitals/private clinics (must have prior experience in doing exercise-related therapy); or
• Personal trainers who are looking to focus on rehab.

Expected work start date: August 2025

• 6-month training provided
• Salary adjustment up to $3,100 upon completion of 6-month training and probation
• Bonus from 0.5 month based on appraisals (every 4 months) (i.e., 3 appraisals per financial year).
